it's the weekend

finally haha..me and D had our seafood spread on Wednesday..all I can say is..YUM :) we set off at bout 1215pm n headed for Turf City..it's a short drive away and I brought GPS along so there is no way we were getting lost hee :P we ordered the set lunch for 2 and waited patiently for our food to be served..1st:combination dish

3rd:swt n sour fried fish
4th:Lobster with ginger and dong fen
5th:ABALONE mushroom =)
6th:fried rice w ikan bilis
7th:red bean soup
the sharks fin soup with crab meat was delicious and the serving is quite big...so after that we were abit full haha...as for the lobster..there wasnt alot of meat but the dong fen was tasty..especially when u eat with the "cong"...gosh im feeling hungry talking about it =) after such a sumptous meal..we went to GIANT(my fav tissue brand) and bought some snacks..and off we went to our next destination: Anchorpoint
Anchorpoint was located opp Ikea at Alexandra and it jus renovated not long so decided to check it out haha...oh n the Disney themed restaurant was also there..hmm but the place was abit small but the chairs were cute..all in the shape of mickey mouse...and they have screening of movies at specific timing too :) there are a few outlet shops at Anchorpoint too...and we shopped ard till it was bout dinner time and then we headed to CHOMP CHOMP
as we were early, there wasnt too much crowd at ChompChomp yet and I managed to get a parking lot...had to parallel park..which isnt really easy for me haha :P had satay with special pineapple satay sauce..we ordered from the only stall that has tt special sauce hee..the sauce was tasty..it tasted like the normal satay sauce with a tinge of pineapple in it..nice~ after our pork,chicken and mutton satay..we headed for our final destination: Ice3
when we stepped into Ice3,there was nobody haha..only the 2 of us..i guess everyone is still having their dinner =) we settled into the cosy sofa seats and ordered the student's special waffle...at first the waitress tried to "con" us saying that the timing for the student special was over..but she realised she made a mistake haha :P i would say the waffle tasted better than Gelare but Gelare's ice cream was yummier =) we stay awhile longer to let our food digest n also to sing along to the music.. " shawty got those apple bottom jeans...boots with the fur..the whole club was looking at her..." haha =) we headed home after that...
what a day well spent...any day spent with D is a day well spent =) walk walk...eat eat...shop shop...hmm enjoyed ourselves :) oh it's goin to be 1 already...i shall go and slp..enjoy the weekends (^@^)
