2 more days to the new year...soooo fast...YEAR 2009!!! watched the whole 2 hrs of Little Nyonya jus now...feel cheated by the straits times..cos i saw today in Life section : ...the 2 hr finale of Little Nyonya at 8pm..." den i tot today last episode...but when i watched jus now...still haven end yet haha...i was anticipating the ending...haiz..feel so blufffed :P

went to the supermarket to get some stuff jus now...guess who i saw...it's it's .....our Plant Biology lecturer...Prof Hong Yan haha...he was doing grocery shopping with his wife i think...what a coincidence running into him...but i dun think uni lecturers will recog. faces haha cos when they stand in front of the lecture theatre..all he sees are tiny faces..unless u are those that ask qns...

this hol ran into quite alot of "celebrities" too...saw Joanne Peh n the guy actor in Little Nyonya at Spageddies, Patricia Mok n Ann kok at TAKA, and...i think no more already ahhaa...nowadays very forgetful keep forgetting stuff...i think age has caught up with me...tsk tsk tsk

im thinking whether one will get the feeling...sometimes u wonder if u made the right choice or
u wonder if u did right or wrong...sometimes u get the confused feeling..wishing that it could be clearer...or after all u did..it comes down to nth....i think this are called complicated thoughts haha...hope they can sort themselves out somehow =)

boxing day today! so start boxing *ding* FIGHT....sry for being lame...anw i yesman-ed...the show is super funny...highly recommended to watch it...although the whole show centered ard jim carrey...it wasnt boring at all..i think seeing his face will jus make u laff till u drop hahaha :)

challenge urself to say "yes" to EVERYTHING and you are opening up opportunities...YES YES YES haa actually is it possible to say "yes" to everything?dun think so..pple will think that u are a nice person...cos watever request they make, you will jus say "YES" haa...but u cant please everybody all e time...u have to make a choice...n i think if it is smth u really cant agree with..it wld be difficult to say "yes"....anyhow the movie is jus hilarious!

do u rule by feel or by by reason?do u make judgements based on reasoning or 'feel'...yesman definitely cannot rule by reason..cos he everything also say "YES" hahaha...i think i rule by 'feel' aka 6th sense haa...everything also got 'feel'..but it depends on how one feels..dunno if is it a gd thing..i find reason too rigid...too fixed..

Santa..xmas is over but dun go yet ahhaa...grant my wish :)

it's xmas day today! Merry Xmas to everybody!!!!hope everybody get lots of presents =) it will be a loooong weekend if u take leave tml...den u will have thur,fri,sat sun!! wahhaah..4 days to celebrate ding ding ding ding ding ding haha...

so fast n it's 25th dec...hmm seems like this hols flew by so quickly..another 1 week plus n it's back to reality..haiz...how nice if we dun need to go back to sch...den can slack n enjoy everyday...hmm but of cos must have a way to earn $$$ too if not cant enjoy:)

been watching HBO lately n i realised all the shows like repeated..maybe shd consider changing to star movies or smth...it's been showing Surf's Up, Mr Bean Holiday, Transformers, Erin Brokorvich, Hot Fuzz.....for the past week!!!! hahahah...keep showing the same thing...pls have new movies pls...

im sure everyone have heard of the saying "practise makes perfect" like since primary sch...but i would like to "correct" this saying haha...it does not mean that the more u practise, the better you get..it's not like that...the saying shd be "perfect practice makes perfect" =) makes more sense...cos if u have been practising the wrong stuff..no matter how much effort u put in...you still wont get it right...right? :)

another saying "forgive n forget"...pple always use this when they wan to seek forgiveness...den they will say forgive n forget...to me..i thing one shd forgive but nv forget...if u forget that means u have not learnt...den there is no experience..so one shd rmb the lesson n not forget...be it gd or bad experience...but i dun mean "vengeful"...dun mistake me hahaha :P

i think there's 1 ability that everybody wouldnt mind having...that is..mind reading..hee to be able to read another persons mind n to noe what that person is thinking...that way...one wldnt have to always to guessing what is goin on or what is the other party thinking...

it's xmas day today...new year is ard the corner too...so it shd be a happy mood...dun people dun dwell too much on unhappy stuff...relax chill shake leg haaa....instead of thinking bout unhappy thoughts..divert ur thoughts abit..change lane...change to left lane..think of happy events...makes you happier too...dun you think so?at leaast try try HO HO HO...okie enjoy the hols everybody~~~ signing out

after days of inactivity..another new post :) i realised that i post more often during sch term than during the hols...haha..hmm normally i post when im bored or when i've smth to blog abt...during the hols somehow i have less to blog =)

oh well...time is flying by...so fast 2nd week of dec... goin to be over...haiz...dun want to think of it...the inevitable :( just wanna update everybody...exam results releasing on 29th dec and elective results 2nd Jan....yup take note of it...

year 2009 is just 2wks away...time for a new new year resolution...what shd i achieve in the year 2009??? i forgot what was my resolution last yr also haha...chinese new year is also in jan...so it's time to stock up clothes now!! dun wait already hee b4 everything becomes ang ang ang ang ang ang :P

adidas: impossible is nothing...so nothing is impossible? heh...
matrix: how to know if you're the One?will there be signs telling you?or will there be anything at all...

new year means there will be countdown parties,fireworks,foam,alcohol bla bla bla...and there will be ALOT of people also..human JAM haha...was caught in this jam last year...EH...super jammed!!!packed like sardines and everybody is like shoulder to shoulder..literally...n there WERE alot of "bgl"(dun wan be too obvious but hope u guys noe what it is) u know the way they walk in groups..i believe we have all seen it...they tend to hold hands,even guys...n when in big crowd they like to push...so for those goin to countdown at marina or where ever..jus be careful...n guys pls shield ur gfs frm those "wondering" hands...

so fast it's Wednesday already...2nd week of hols passing by so sneakily haha...so fast...haiz...yest was sub registration day and except for the tiny tiny hiccup with the Are You Ok? elective, there wasnt any other problems =) but somehow my gut feel tells me that we wont get our 1st choice electives...hope my gut feeling is wrong though...only can wish and hope...most of the time my gut feel quite zhun haha...hmm wonder if NTU is goin to implement the S/U option that NUS is currently using...that you choose which subject you wanna s/u after the results are released...but not much relevance to us cos we already year 3 haha...cos im thinking for the future generation of NTU hahaha :P if can exercise the option after results are released it's better...n i think can pull up the GPA also =) and maybe even the Uni ranking haahah

oh i wanna change my phone...maybe ericsson C702..looks not bad..n if i trade in my hp got $200 somemore...i tot of samsung but...i see the new fones like so chim hahaha...i prefer to use back the same brand...

i learnt some english while watching TV..chinese scv channel somemore haha...--rat pizza--give me the 411--boyfriend/girlfriend bomb--photobombing--girlfriend voice-- how many do you all know? haa i shall shed some light..

Rat pizza= road kill..cos it's flat after the animal is run over by a car..so it looks like a pizza

Give me the 411= tell another person abt the details of smth/event

Boyfriend/girlfriend bomb= when one is trying to hit on a gal,but the gal then says she already has a bf, that is like a boyfriend bomb...cos it would shatter the other guy's heart

Photobombing= when a picture is taken and people in the backgrd do funny actions or faces to "spoil" the pic..that is called photobombing :)

Girlfriend voice= this one describes how the boyfriend talks to his gf...his tone of voice would be different frm the way he talks to other gals usually...

haa i find these terms quite interesting..shd rmb some of them so can act angmoh very gd lol :P
at first i tot "give me the 411" is like give me a call cos 4+1+1=6..and if u do the "6" with 1 hand it looks like you are calling someone haha...sometimes u hope that pple will give you the 411..tell you more abt stuff den got things to talk abt..so use the expression gimme the 411 :)

how do u know if u have made the right decision...i think it's difficult to know..im not gd at it..and i think my way of thinking may be too idealistic..very difficult if not impossible...

woke up early today haha..cant slp..had prata in the morning..long time din eat prata already...currently im addicted to this old song 彭佳慧 - 舊夢 cos i heard it recently on tv...very catchy tune..super retro hahaha

been watching alot TV lately..being a total couch potato haa..caught the repeat of a chinese variety show on scv jus now..angela zhang is really super thin..she can squeeze thru the small hula hoop even w/o the hoop touching her shoulders..that is really thin haha..waiting for the next Contender Asia 2 to show..more muay thai action..lol

watched 大学生了没 yest..they were talking bout horoscopes and characters...very interesting..they talk abt how certain horoscopes will behave in a certain way..and how not to have conflicts with them..some horoscopes will rmb all the bad things..den some will be backstabbers..haha..so beware..people might be nice to u now..but next time u wont even know that u got backstabbed..the horoscopes were all in chinese and im not quite sure of their english translation..i'll try to go find out heh...den some people normally quiet quiet..everything also take it in their stride might jus explode 1 day n become violent..opps..

sometimes when pple say things..we jus listen in 1 ear and out the other...cos we know the things they say are not impt..but sometimes certain things pple say will stay in ur head...n it makes u think...it hits u like a bolt frm the blue..hmm do they mean what they say?or they jus say for the sake of saying?or is it at the spur of the moment thingy?only time can prove if they mean what they say....

live your life..you steady chasing the paper ay..ay..ay..no telling where it'll take ya..i guess i shd live my life haha..instead of jus waiting to be entertained..waiting for things to happen..i shd find my own entertainment...self-entertain if i have to :)

my kakis all elope with their gfs haha...1 go europe,1 goin ho chin min,1 goin bintan...another one shd be goin some place too..hahaha...i wanna try eloping too :P all go overseas..leave me alone haha...anw hope they enjoy themselves =)

hello all~~after a super long period of inactivity..im goin to add another post..haiz..what a time it had been for me...worst period of my life..seriously..ever since the start of the exams, i've been like looking towards the end of exams on 27 nov...to go celebrate after month long of exams...but..things didnt really turn out the way i expected..always like that...but now im feeling much better..much better compared to last time..

23 november 2008 3am...woke up with super high fever...and the fever did not go down till bout a week later...it was dengue!!had to go for blood test everyday...let the doc poke n draw a tube of blood for testing everyday...imagine that...my hands sooo many holes already..feeling nausea, feeling hot, eyes pain, body itchy..all in one!!!woohoo...so glad that my ordeal is over..i hate mozzies even more now...

finally logged on to facebook a moment ago..realised that alot has happened haha..i've lost touch with society...been hibernating...couped up at home when everybody's been out partying enjoying...now it's my turn~~~my turn to enjoy..release my inhibition arGHHHHHH...

during this period must really thx my family..my aunty and esp my mum for taking care of me..all the fruit juice,H20,ribena,water,barley...to keep me hydrated..if not i would have dried up...and my D too..for bringing good stuff for me..and for letting me know you're there for me..sms-ing me everyday to find out if im okie...

dunnno how i would have coped w/o u all =) ok i shall go makan..feels good to be on my way to full health hee
