it's the 3rd day of the term break...so fast..which means 4 more days left...been enjoying the start of the hols..enjoy first suffer later :) so i think i need to do some work le...i've been listening to a new song lately...well not really a new song..cos my brother has been listening to it so the tune is embedded in me hahaa..the song is "Nemo" by Nightwish..click here to listen...i think the band is similar to evanescence but the singer is 100x better =)

gajuga was "supposed" to have picnic yest...but due to unforseen circumstances, dun have haaa...haiz tot we cld have a outing cos the last time we had a picnic was 1 year ago..anw it rained yesterday...so if we had gone we wld have been drenched..so some sort of consolation heh...but yest ade,lyd,jw and me went for supper at bedok 85! although only the 4 of us..we ordered alot...got 10 satays,5 chicken wings,sambal stingray,carrot cake and oyster omelette yeah~ actually wanted to order the ah bo ling but then too full...but me n dar tabao-ed...the almond milk was really nice..shiok haha..

paid my fines already...finally...in the end i din appeal...wanted to but i went to check the location of my offence..it was a straight road..so i cldnt have any excuse to say i wanted to turn left...haiz...oh the other day i saw the TP taking pics near the bus stop at Upp Serangoon Road...so pple pls be careful if u travel there during the mornings...hopefully the suayness is gone too..pls stay away pls...i shall be more careful next time...be a good citizen...bus lane for buses...car cannot go :P

hrm proj is coming to an end...spent the whole of monday in sch to do...now jus have to do some editing n viola! finito! next is for mass spect test to be over...den exams den hols again! oh have to look for internship too...gain some experience..

im gonna do some work..n maybe nap abit..gain some weight haha

finally it's the must awaited term break haha...1 wk of rest to re-coop from the injuries suffered...haiz..went out with the 4A2 gang yesterday for dinner n lan...but turn out was fewer than the last time..anyway we had dinner at this famous chicken rice shop at selegie area..according to pang, that shop was ard since our parents' time..i totally din noe abt this chicken rice stall at all...n it's halal too...they serve roast chicken n the usual zhu cao food...the chicken is nice..very tender n the skin cui...but the chilli not v nice haha..doesnt taste like chilli..maybe keep too many days already :) after that we walked abit further for some delicious tao huey..n finally went to the hot hot lan shop...the aircon wasnt working or smth...or they saving the environment...so stuffy n hot...we talked abit but most of the time we were yelling at one another hahahaah...looks like different pple did different things during vday:) 1 went to hotel rendevous,1 went flyer,1 cooked at home haha...pang said it was 198 for the night and it comes with a 100 dollars voucher which u can use anywhere in the hotel..so its $98 after offsetting which was a gd deal i think..somemore the hotel so central..can go taka,ps,near all the shopping places..i wanna go too! den can use the 100 bucks to order lots of room service...food n more food....eat eat eat...how nice..awe

this year has been a sway start for me..my luck is running out...cant ride on luck anymore...$$$ keep going away frm me...looks like the gst offset package is used to pay fines...i got fined $130 for driving in the bus lane...haiz...i've been driving the same route for like how long already...all the while nth happened den came this summon eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeediot! haaa...im goin to try appeal n see how...still waiting for the 2nd summon for parking on double yellow line..haiz...TP ah TP...i think it will cost me $70...but that one cant really appeal..so i guess i'll jus pay it...maybe i need to go pray more often heh

pharmaco test yest was a shocker haha we totally din expect that evil guy to give such a qn..he asked for the names of any 15 drugs n their actions..thats all..n all of us studied like it was the exams...memorised the function, mechanism,structure...cos he said short ans qns...he's really evil...that robot man zzzz....anw if we look on the bright side...since we studied so hard now...maybe when the exams come...we could rmb the drugs slightly easier...

1 week break...hmm need to plan wat to do..dont wanna waste the 1 wk away...must utilise it fully...need to catch up on mass spect cos got test on 5 march... n the rest of the subs..n law too..lor lor lor lor lor...so complicated hai...outing with gajuga gang on tues...good weather pls hehe....

how come things i hope will happen never ever happen...n things that i dont want to happen will always happen...like the tp fines...alamak...dont wanna hope anymore...

vday's over..check out today's straits times..there's this article abt this guy who had a romantic dinner with his gf by the beach..he set up the table,the chairs,candles by the beach..n the best thing of all he is a good cook..i think the gal must be the luckiest gal in the world..haha if she is romantic n noe how to appreciate la..if she not e romantic kind..den effect not as good..she wld find it jus another dinner..since its just by the beach..alot of pple will surely look..it's paiseh but..romantic more impt than paiseh ma..so must have thicker skin abit..after all he did everything :) but if got tsunami how? haa

last wk i watched this chinese talk show abt younger guys dating older women...they find older women more mature..one of the artiste, Junior, decribed his rs with a gal who is 5 yrs younger than him..he describes one occasion where he prepared a candle light dinner with red wine,western food,jazz music...hoping to set the mood...he tot the gal will appreciate it n the gal will be more zi dong..but then..after dinner when he went to watch tv sipping wine...totally in the mood..the gal suddenly changed music to some techno song...n started dancing "don cha wish ya gf was hot like me..don cha don cha " lol...super turn off...

hmm time for dinner..i think i've got the virus...my throat hurts man..but heng its after vday heh :)next up is pharmaco test on fri..den term break..den mass spect test..

yet another wk has passed by...so so fast..abit stuck in the cny mood..another 2 wks n it will be term break =) jus got home after cutting my hair haa...hmm although im balding..i still go cut hair..ironic heh..my new hobby is go cut hair..2day smth strange happened after i had my hair cut..im still abit puzzled..the aunty gave me a piece of tissue paper after my hair cut HAHA...tissue paper??i dunno for wat also..to wipe myself?when i took it..i dunno wat to say so i went like "orh..xie xie" heh..wonder if after cutting hair other pple will get a piece of tissue too...anw i checked if the tissue inside got some "secret" anot..but got nth..haiz

on wed we had a "preeeeecher" lecturing us abt change..he was a pastor n he certainly sounded like one...he went like " YOU have to believe in .... YOU must...YOU need to try...YOU bla bla bla" ..n his voice super loud at certain times "zao xiar" like dr thiru last time haa..but this preeeecher's lecture was certainly more lively n animated :) then there's the robot guy...he quite funny on fri..when he ask a qn n nobody ans...he said "im hearing alot of voices..u guys are saying verapamil rite? very good..correct" in actual fact we din even say anything hahaha...guess he wanted to go home early too..too bad i have biz law..if not every fri "end" early thanks to his voices in his head :P

next wk is Vday already...it's also frenship day! a day of love,joy and appreciation...true frens are hard to find..jus so happen that vday falls on a Sat. so i think most of the western food places will be crowded..to avoid the crowd can try those jap,kor,thai,indon,indian food heh :) shd be quieter n got the ambience...vday is one year 1 time kind of thing..n not every couple will wan to celebrate...they might find it a waste of $$..roses so ex,not worth the fuss, go eat expensive food not worth it,more over everyday can be vday so dun need that day bla bla bla...ya la it's true...but then..it's once a year...1 day to pamper ur other half to show ur love..but it's personal choice la...jus like cny go chinatown..so crowded so hot so squeeezy...but pple still go..for the "qi fen" mah :)

yest my fren asked:"is it 'normal' to go out with a fren of the opposite sex on vday but they dun have anything goin on betwn them?"personally i feel that if that guy ask the gal..that guy got a motive. haha..tt's what i think la...other pple may find it norm norm..no big deal cos jus frens ma..difficult to say also cos dunno wat the other party is thinking..if the guy interested in the gal n the gal says yes but she only treat him as a fren...the guy might not know that..den it's like sending the wrong signal to the guy..

my other fren once asked me b4..."wld u go out with a gal/guy alone when u're attached?" i told him my ans n i think it's different for everyone..some okie with it some not..it depends i guess...but is it normal to wan to noe abt the circle of frens of the other half..like who he/she hangs out with...or there's no neccessity to noe cos they dun say den dun ask....haha but wont they talk bout them like who n who tgt, who went where bla bla bla..eh it's bit like gossiping opps :)

i suddenly rmb what the preeecher lecturer said.."Dont change n you VEGETATE" haha..so serious..so really must change heh..but change for the better n not for the worse...change den smth different..try smth new..be more adventurous..more fun..den not so monotonous....

im like caught in the middle...abit in cny mood wanna go out..slack..yet i noe i must study...esp for pharmaco...so many things to rmb...dun wanna wait till last min...haiz den got projects to do also...haiz..must prioritize...1)DRUG project 2)HRM 3)PHarma test :)

shall post a short post..haven tot of wat to post..norm i wld think of wat to post..but 2day it's jus random haha Happy belated bday to all~ yest was "chu qi" of the cny, supposed to be "ren ri" aka bday of everyone..hope everybody enjoyed their "bday" yest :)

cny ending already...one more week n the festive mood shd wear off already..career fair's this wed n thur...so many companies to choose from haha...as if they all want me :) hope the job prospect in year 2010 wld be much better compared to now...

had steamboat buffet with the uni gang last fri..a lil ex cos it's the cny period but the food not too bad...i think i had lots of veg that day...their meat like not really meat haha...super thinly sliced...melts in ur mouth den not v filling hahahaah...at least make me chew abit ma...but the mango pudding dessert was nice..esp w abit of the milk on top..wanted to try that Icekimo nearby but everybody seems to be quite full..haha next time next time :)
